This is where the desire arises to get involved in the Oaxacan mezcal industry — to engage with the community, take part in rural and artisanal life, and provide financial support to his fellow countrymen who, despite their hard work and honesty, are often forced to leave their communities in search of a livelihood and a better future for their families.
